Delivery
Purchased items will be shipped within 3 business days
of placing an order, although most will be shipped within a day. Please allow
up to 10 business days for a package to arrive, once you receive a shipping
confirmation from us. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email
within 2 weeks of placing your order, please notify us at orders@chypka.com
Prices, shipping & handling charges
All orders are shipped via Croatian Post Inc. Rates
are calculated through Croatian Post Inc. calculator. All applicable customs
fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs
authorities require that we state the retail cost of your order directly on
your package. Please contact info@chypka.com if you have any questions.
Product availability
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we
cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be
available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or
prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all
products or to cancel any order.
In case a product you have ordered is not available, a
full refund will be paid to you within 14 days. Any refunds are paid
automatically to the account you used for payment. If you paid by Paypal/credit
card, the refund will be sent to your Paypal/credit card account. If you used a
gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the relevant amount to your gift
voucher account.
Returns:
We appreciate your business and want you to be happy
with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can
return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs] within fourteen
(14) calendar dates. All returned products must be unused and have all of their
tags, labels, packaging and, where applicable, the original documentation and
accessories that came with the product. The User accepts that the product may
depreciate in value or that CHYPKA may refuse the refund if the User fails to
act as instructed or if the product is in any way damaged.

Faulty/defective goods
If the item(s) you have received are faulty or if you
have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please contact orders@chypka.com quoting your order reference number and invoice number as well as the
reason for return, list and photographs of the defects and whether you request
a refund or a replacement. Within 48 hours we will then advise you on how to
proceed with the return. Once we have received the item, we will inspect the
item and issue you a refund, no later than 14 days after receiving the item, or
a replacement (as requested) if appropriate, subject to our confirmation of the
fault. Remember in all cases to enclose a copy of your order confirmation
together with the item you are returning. CHYPKA cannot be held liable for
the delivery company that the User uses to return the order. Consequently,
CHYPKA advises the User to request proof of delivery from the delivery company
once the product has been delivered to CHYPKA. In this way, the User has proof
that the product has been successfully delivered to us. The cost involved in
returning the order (for example, delivery company costs) shall be directly
borne by the User.
The product must be unused and have all of its tags,

accessories that came with the product. The User accepts that the product may
depreciate in value or that CHYPKA may refuse the refund if the User fails to
act as instructed or if the product is in any way damaged.
In the event of a shortage in stock preventing
replacement with an identical product, the User may choose to terminate the
contract (i.e. receive reimbursement of the payment made), or voluntarily
choose and request another model to be delivered.
Delivery of the identical product or the new model
chosen by the User, whichever is the case, shall take place in the following 3
to 5 business days from the date CHYPKA confirms replacement of the faulty
product or delivery of the new model.

Once we verify that the order is in good condition, we
shall then refund the full amount paid by the User, or ship the new item if
requested by the User.
