Delivery​

 

 

Purchased items will be shipped within 3 business days of placing an order, although most will be shipped within a day. Please allow 5 business days for a package to arrive, once you receive a shipping confirmation from us. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, please notify us at orders@chypka.com

 

 

Prices, shipping & handling charges

 

 

All orders are shipped via UPS. Rates are calculated through UPS calculator. International orders are shipped via UPS Expedited Service and all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the retail cost of your order directly on your package. Please contact info@chypka.com if you have any questions.

 

 

Chypka webshop uses WSPay for online payments

 

 

WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real time credit and debit card payments, and other payment methods. WSPay ensures the buyer and the merchant with the secure card data entry and transfer, which is also confirmed by PCI DSS certificate. WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.

 

 

Product availability

 

 

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

 

 

Right of withdrawal

 

 

​You have the right to cancel your declaration of contract without stating a reason within fourteen (14) days in written form (e. g. letter, e-mail) or – if you received the goods before expiry of the term – by returning the goods. The stated period of time starts on receipt of this information in written form, however not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (for recurring consignments of similar goods not before receipt of the first part-delivery), and also not before performance of our obligation of information

 

In case of withdrawal a full refund will be issued by CHYPKA to the buyer within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Any refunds are paid automatically to the account you used for payment. If you paid by Paypal/credit card, the refund will be sent to your Paypal/credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the relevant amount to your gift voucher account.

 

 

Faulty/defective goods

 

 

​If the item(s) you have received are faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please contact orders@chypka.com quoting your order reference number and invoice number as well as the reason for return, and whether you request a refund or a replacement. Within 48 hours we will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Once we have received the item, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund, no later than 14 days after receiving the item, or a replacement (as requested) if appropriate, subject to our confirmation of the fault. Remember in all cases to enclose a copy of your order confirmation together with the item you are returning.

We try to resolve complaints within 7 days but where we need to conduct a more detailed investigation, it may take a little longer. However, we’ll always keep you updated with what’s going on.

 

We aim to take a fair and reasonable approach to all complaints but if you’re unhappy with either our decision or service at any point, please let us know and we’ll escalate your complaint to a more senior team member for a full and independent review.
